The nearest pub, The Ship Inn, is just 100 yards away. Alternatively, reserve a table at Steam, Coniston's hidden dining gem!

Important Information
- We are a small, family-run site (you'll most likely speak with Kath or Edith)
- Due to our location on a hill farm, we ask that dogs be kept on leads when livestock is nearby
- Sorry, but we cannot accept group bookings
- Check-in: 3:00 pm, vacate: 10:00 am.
- Sheets and pillowcases are provided, but you need to bring your own duvet covers, towels and tea towels
- The caravans are strictly no-smoking
- We take dogs, but please advise when booking
- Short breaks are available (min 2 nights)
- Gas and electricity are included
- We recommend guests take out a holiday insurance policy including cancellation cover (in case of sickness or other reasons for cancellation) before their stay
